In order to vote at a Congressional District Caucus, a person other  than a precinct delegate, Democratic elected official or Democratic  nominees to partisan office must be a member of the Michigan Democratic  Party at least thirty (30) days prior to February 20, 2021 or by January  21, 2021. Applications submitted online must be submitted by 11:59 PM  EST on January 21, 2021. Membership applications submitted by USPS must  be postmarked no later than January 21, 2021. Membership applications  may not be submitted by Fax. Persons whose memberships are current as of  January 21, 2021 but which expire before February 20, 2021 are eligible  to vote if they renew on or before February 20, 2021. Precinct  Delegates, Democratic elected officials, and Democratic nominees for  partisan office must be members of the Michigan Democratic Party on  February 20, 2021 and may become members that day when they credential.
